What’s Covered?
Childbirth: anatomy, stages, coping, pushing, options, changes in plans.
Breastfeeding: golden hour, getting a good latch, benefits of breastfeeding, how breastfeeding works, how to know baby is getting enough, pumping & storage for going back to work.
Newborn Care: getting acquainted, transitioning home, soothing, when to call the doctor, sleep strategies, tummy time and other ways to promote optimal development as baby grows.

Classes start at 5:30 pm and last 2 to 2.5 hours.
Cost:
1 class: $125
2 classes: $225
3 classes: $325
Current birth doula clients receive 10% off all classes.
