Prenatal planning, continuous labor support, and postpartum follow up.
Unlimited phone/text/email support from the time of hire.
1-2 prenatal visits to get to know each other, review birth options, and talk about preferences, what to expect, comfort measures, and creating a birth plan. Other support people are encouraged to attend!
On-Call period starting at 38 weeks (or 2 weeks before estimated due date).
Continuous in-person labor support: We’ll join you when and where you want us to once labor has started! During labor we will offer suggestions for comfort measures, provide informational & emotional support, help you advocate for yourself, and make sure that you feel included in medical decision-making.
Golden Hour: We’re there after labor to help with feeding and other immediate postpartum support. We will remain with you for 1 to 2 hours after delivery, or until the mother-baby diad is secure.
Follow-up visit in the first weeks after delivery. This will allow us to review and unpack everything that happened during labor, and answer any questions you may have.
