“The miracle of a child’s growth, development, and birth is an experience to be cherished! As your Doula, I am passionate about empowering you to listen to your body, and make confident decisions regarding your labor, birth, and moments as a family after birth. A couple prenatal visits will allow me to get to know you, your partner, and your desires for your birth. During labor, I’ll be a consistent resource for relaxation techniques, comfort measures, various positions, and focused reminders of your strength. I want to support you without judgement, but rather a calming, fully present voice. After your baby’s arrival, I am happy to aid with breastfeeding, picture taking, writing your birth story, or stepping away and allowing you to bond as a family. Each birth is unique and I’d be honored to empower you to have the birth that is best for you!”
