“Hi there! I’m a postpartum doula dedicated to easing the transition to parenthood with thoughtful care and nourishing support. My background as a personal chef, combined with a decade of experience within healthcare, allows me to balance practical expertise with a deep understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the postpartum period.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and inspired by the loving care I received from my own mother during my postpartum journey. Whether I’m preparing nourishing meals or helping families establish routines, I aim to provide comprehensive support that fosters connection, recovery, and joy.
On a personal note, I live in Madison’s Atwood neighborhood. When I'm not caring for parents, you can find me working the CSA share at Vitruvian Farms or hiking somewhere along the Ice Age Trail with my family.”

Testimonials:
"Emily's support during my early postpartum days was absolutely outstanding. She anticipated my needs, took initiative when my brain fog was clouding my decision making, answered all of my new mama questions, never judged me, fueled my body with nourishing and replenishing meals, and was an absolute delight to be around. Her caring personality combined with her wisdom + expertise is exactly what this first-time mama needed. Parents, do yourself a favor and schedule her services now."
"Emily provided high quality services in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. Her willingness to support our family with the specific ways that were most useful and beneficial to us, was greatly appreciated. She provided nutritious meals and snacks, folded laundry, prepped dinner, changed sheets, and prioritized newborn care to optimize parent rest/sleep. It was super convenient having all postpartum needs met by one, caring individual. Your village can never be too large when becoming a parent for the first time and beyond. Even with helpful family and friends nearby, we looked forward to the planned and consistent support Emily provided"
