“Hi there! My name is Alaria Petrulis and I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Educator of Infant Massage with over a decade of experience supporting individuals during their postpartum and parenting journeys.
As a Postpartum Doula, it fills my cup to fill others’ cups, in whatever ways they need filling! The first thing I do when I arrive is ask, “What are YOU needing today?”. My clients get a non-judgemental, listening ear and are offered guidance in a multitude of ways: Basic infant care, lactation and feeding education, bonding through infant massage, referrals to local resources, and the opportunity to rest and reset through sleep, nourishing food, and reassurance that they are doing a great job!
I believe that every parent deserves a strong village of support and I feel honored to walk alongside families during one of life's most transformative (and overwhelming!) seasons. Whether it’s a few hours sprinkled into your day, or providing a full 8 hours of restful sleep, I would be delighted to be there for you and your family. Let’s find your new rhythm together!”
